Tips Sehat Saat Main CS

Bermain CS biasanya menghabiskan 3 jam kurang bahkan lebih.Sebenarnya kegiatan ini dapat berdampak buruk bagi kesehatan.
Berikut adalah tips2 kesehatannya.

1.Jangan lupa berkedip, biasakan gunakan obat tetes mata bila mata kering

2.Setelah selesai ganti map (changelevel) biasakan berdiri atau minimal dorong punggung ke arah depan, hal ini berguna untuk mencegah kebungkukan.

3. Perhatikan tinggi monitor jgn terlalu kebawah atau jangan terlalu ke atas. 

4. Perhatikan jarak pandang mata ke monitor. 

5. Atur tingkat brightness serta gamma untuk menghindari kelelahan pada mata. 

6. Jagan bermain di tempat terlalu redup, karena perbedaan intensitas cahaya pada saat melihat monitor dan ruang sekitar akan mempermudah mata kita kelelahan.

nah ini cara jalankannya sama aja kaya yg prtama ..
caranya
1.kan ada icon cs tuh ...klick kanan ke properties
2.pilih find target
3.plih config ato userconfig lalu buka pke notepad
4.copas aja tuh script nya
5.save lalu close trus buka deh cs nya..
6.untuk jalankan script nya pncet huruf "j" ketika anda sudah maen...tar otomatis cl_bobcylce tiba'' 0 nah script nya udah jalan...
